False advertisement

All the promotional material show that the gloves come with battery packs already with the product but when the product was delivered there were no batteries in with the product and need to be purchased separately. which is another 100E purchase + shipping and delays and worst of all as a Christmas gift it was opened only to be found incomplete and unable to use fully. I found the gloves via cathegory "Heated Gloves" and was expecting them to have at least a basic heating pad in them but instead I was greeted with an empty box. After further inspection it appears that this website has written in POLISH language that the product does not include battery packs which is a mistake at best and a violation of consumer laws at worst. I will be contacting authorities about this issue.
